About Wilde E
My name is Wilde and I am London based 300Hrs Certified Yoga teacher.
I started practising Yoga as a teenager, the result of sheer curiosity but what I never knew was that it will evolve into a tool that I will use to care for myself. My Yoga practice has been an absolute blessing and teaching has turned to be a platform to share the richness of my practice with the world.

I teach a vigorous vinyasa, open to anyone that already practises yoga. The aim is practice and refinement rather than perfection, the focus is on the breath, alignment, strengthening and inner calm. There's the opportunities to practise inversions, and there is time to explore traditional postures or variations of poses that are already within a student's practice
