About Sakthi
I've been practicing meditation and spirituality for more than 8 years. All the things that I've learned have helped me with my negative mindset and overthinking. Now I live a peaceful and positive life.
I would love to share and help those who are going through the same things I once went through.
For someone who is neurodivergent, my mind was my biggest enemy. Learning meditation, understanding psychology, and turning to spiritual teachings like Buddhism and many others helped me find my strength and uniqueness in this world.
Now, I believe it's time to share the wisdom I learned with others too.
