About Ritu
Hello everyone, myself Ritu,37 yrs,mother of two kids,and after suffering from multiple hormonal,muscular and neurological disorders for almost 12 years, have started practicing yoga 5 years back with which soon I am able to recover and strengthen myself physically, mentally and emotionally with improvised stamina and confidence. Thereafter two years of practice I did Yoga 200 RYT course,and have been taking physical classes since one year and helping others in meeting their physical,mental and emotional well being.
