During the first meeting, I take the time to get to know you and understand your goals, preferences, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. A brief assessment of your current fitness level, flexibility, and any previous injuries or health conditions is conducted to tailor the practice to your individual needs. We discuss and set realistic goals for your yoga practice, whether it’s improving flexibility, reducing stress, building strength, or enhancing overall well-being. Your first class includes a guided introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to ensure you feel comfortable and confident!
