Certificate Course in Yoga Pran Vidhya Level 1,2 and 3 from Morarji Desai National institute of Yoga, New Delhi.
Certificate Course in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
I have total exprience of 3 years
of taking Yoga session for general fitness and for different health issues.
I program my sessions according to age, gender, flexibility, health issues.

Yoga session are programmed according to need of Sadhkas age, gender, flexibility and different health issues. Sessions are designed to maintain the Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual health.
