About Riya
I am doing regular yoga since last two years. more than gym I personally believe in yoga. As it keeps my body fit and my mind happy.
I do all the asanas. i also do Suryanamaskar.
My yoga classes includes warm up, cardios, asanas,planks, lunges, jumpings, squats and many more things
I also provide diet charts for weight loose or weight gain.
I also motivate my students to stick on the diet and daily exercise
