Hatha yoga is always a good exercise for all ages. You will find yourself peaceful and relaxed after a one-hour yoga class. My class will more focus on strength which will help the one who feels stressful to relax after a long day. -10 minutes Warm up -30-40 minutes Yoga -10 minutes Relax 哈達瑜珈不分男女老少，各個年齡層都非常適合練習。透過體位練習搭配柔和的呼吸，對於釋放壓力有非常好的效果，並且從練習中得到平靜與快樂。
