About Lu
I am a SwáSthya Yôga teacher trained in Buenos Aires (4 years of training and 4 more years of experience) and a practitioner for over 15 years.
I found in SwáSthya my philosophy of life, that I apply to myself on a daily basis.
Currently I teach online and on-site classes in Brasil (Santa Maria/RS).

SwáSthya Yôga is a strong, dynamic and very complete line of Yôga. In addition to the ásanas (body strength, flexibility and stability techniques) it comprises numerous breathing techniques, meditation, detox techniques, and others, with the aim of leading the practitioner to self-knowledge, and consequently to a higher level of vitality, well being and a higher performance in your career, studies and sports.
*The class is recommended for healthy people.
