Let the Yoga flow inside you! We will start with prayer and a little relaxation for much-needed calming of breath. To stretch your muscles, we will do "Sukshama Vayama". Then with much stretching, we are ready to dive in the bliss that comes with the twelve steps of Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations. We will add more asanas into the session as per the need and mood. Remember, Yoga will totally flow.
Lastly, we end with Pranayama and a beautiful meditation in order to make it a complete session for mind, body, and soul!
