About Martyna

When I was younger I would struggle to keep up in lessons so I know how frustrating it can be when everyone around you know what they’re doing and you have no clue where to begin. My future plans is to become a qualified primary school teacher. But for the mean time this will build my experience even further. As a 17 year old it’s an easy way for me to make some extra money.

About the lesson

For a year I’ve been volunteering at a primary school helping young children with their reading and inference skills. The tutoring would last 30-60 minutes depending on how much the child understands the topic being taught. I am very patient with children therefore I will keep persevering to find the best method to help a child fix their weak area in their learning. I have white boards at home to make sessions less boring/stressful. I will look for resources that children are currently learning at the time and focus and their weakest areas. Online lessons will be held on zoom.
