About Edha

Hi! I’m a current S5 student working towards my Highers in Maths, Human Biology, English, Chemistry, and Physics. I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving and helping classmates understand tricky topics in a way that actually makes sense. Over time, I realised how much I enjoy explaining things clearly and seeing that lightbulb moment when someone finally gets it that’s one of the biggest reasons I started tutoring. I know that school can be overwhelming at times, especially when the pace feels fast or when you’re not getting the one-to-one help you might need in class. I’ve been there myself, so I understand how helpful it is to have someone your age who just gets it — and who can walk you through the subject with patience and support, not pressure. I want to teach because I genuinely believe that everyone can succeed in Maths and the Sciences with the right kind of explanation and support. It’s not about being “naturally smart” it’s about building confidence, understanding the foundations, and practising in the right way. I’m here to help you do just that.

About the lesson

I’m currently in S5, working towards my Highers in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology, and English so I know first-hand how challenging school can be, especially when things don’t quite click right away. That’s why my tutoring style is all about making things make sense in a way that works for you. I take a patient, step-by-step approach, breaking down concepts into manageable pieces and explaining them in ways that are easy to understand not just copying what’s in the textbook. Because I’m still in school too, I get how recent the pressure of assessments and the fast pace of learning can feel. I bring that relatability into my sessions, so you can feel comfortable asking questions and working through problems without any pressure. Whether you want to go over class material, boost your confidence, or get ready for exams, I’m here to support you and help you feel more in control of your learning.
