About Marina
My name is Marina and like the vast majority of musicians I have been studying music for as long as I can remember. Musical initiation from the age of 4 or 5, at the age of 8 I entered the conservatory at an elementary level and from the age of 12 until today I am cursing a professional degree. In my case, the sense of rhythm and musical ear were almost innate, but like everyone else I had to work on them.
My motivation to teach children is simple, and it is that for me music was my childhood, each happy memory has music related and I wish that more children could experience it in this way.

Music could even be considered another language, like Spanish or English. In my classes I try to bring students closer to one of the arts most consumed today in a much more profound way than simply listening to it on the radio.
The musical ear and the sense of rhythm are two qualities that, contrary to what It is usually thought, they are not always innate, they can always be developed. Obviously, the younger you start the better, but it is never too late. Regardless of the age and level of the student, each session must be completely personalized in order to bring music to each one in an attractive way.
My intention with these classes is to bring music to children in an entertaining and fun way with rhythms and simple songs that they can learn and with which they can have fun, later with these practical examples, little by little, simple theoretical concepts that they can assimilate and apply would be introduced.
In case of being classes in order to reviewing the syllabus taught at the school or highschool would follow what has been marked by the teacher, but explained in a way that is as enjoyable and fun as possible for the student to understand.
The ultimate goal of music is to feel it and enjoy it, that is why it cannot be imposed or tried to memorize, but must be assimilated and internalized.
