About Diana

I'm an international student from Montreal, Canada studying in Chelsea College of Art, UAL, doing my BA in Fine Art Honours. I truly love what I do and have always helped my peers and colleagues. I have lived in many countries throughout my life, and so I speak English, Russian and Armenian and can cater my lessons to people's language barriers if they prefer any of these languages to English. In my foundation degree, I graduated top of my class and won an award for Best Work in my graduating exhibition. I wish to be able to share my skills and knowledge with all my students as well as spread inspiration and help them attain their desired goals!

About the lesson

I take an individual approach to all my students. Assessing their skill level as well as setting a realistic goal that they will most definitely achieve. I am a professional in drawing in various mediums as well as acrylic paints, watercolours and sculpture. Depending on what the student desires I will cater my programme to suit their needs. I find it very important to understand art history and techniques as well as the skill needed to create art to be able to understand why and how things happen. And so, depending on the students level, I will always include at least a bit of art history behind my teaching methods. My typical lesson length can vary from 1 hour to 3, depending on the level and the goal of the student!
