About Jasmeen

Masters in psychology; working as a Mandala artist for two years. Bridging the Gap between science and art while backpacking around the country.

About the lesson

I teach a step by step process of creating Mandalas and the relationship between the design and the psyche of the mind. One cognitive process at a time. Mandalas increase focus and concentration in a person and help the person to bring clarity to their thoughts. I take the students through the process of creating the Mandalas and letting it help the self.
