I structure the class according to certain logical steps like focusing on concept and on what approach the child absorb better.
Bring students interest by not making it a hectic session
I try to keep it well organized and planned before hand
I do not rush into completion but making the student understand
And give task after every class that would improve the learned concept better and also enjoy it at the same time.
Conduct test that can be fun filled assingments/Quiz session/Oral test etc on completion of targeted topics
