About Aman
I'm a student of Paramahamsa Hariharanandaji since 2001, a founder of the REAL Institute. I have translated into Hindi some of the works of his disciples on Bhaja Govindam. I strictly follow the maxim that yoga is best learnt from a teacher directly, but I do not formally initiate anyone at all. Through this class the extremely beneficial aspects of yoga such as the mudras and bandhas are offered to the student.

Teaching is accompanied with slides and handouts. Questions are welcome throughout the session. Any person above 13 years of age can join. The class covers each chapter from the Gheranda Samhita and each session contains theory as well as practical parts. Using quizzes the student's progress is gauged intermittently.
