About Nyah

Hi! I'm a Physics and Mechanical Engineering student at Kennesaw State University with a passion for history, philosophy, politics, and the arts!

Although my academic focus is STEM, I've always loved the humanities and the way they help us understand society, culture, and the world around us. I enjoy connecting historical events, philosophical ideas, and artistic movements to modern-day issues.

As a tutor, I'm patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping students build confidence in their abilities. My goal is to make learning approachable, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable!

About the lesson

I believe learning history and philosophy should be about more than memorizing names, dates, and definitions! My lessons focus on understanding historical events, exploring different perspectives, and developing critical thinking skills.

I use engaging discussions, real-world examples, and thought-provoking questions to help students reach their own conclusions rather than simply giving them the answers. Each lesson is tailored to the student's learning style, academic goals, and comfort level.
