My teaching method is very practical. MY teaching method focuses on a core strength
Flexibility , increasing strenth of internal body system, calmness of mind, loosing of weight.According to me, if you are punctual then you can achieve anything in your life. I'd prefer morning for both( yoga and athletics)

Details
First free class will be for 30 minutes only.
Per hour for an individual it will be 500/-
Per hour for a group will be 3000 and that group should contain 10 people only.
400 will be for training and 100 will be for travelling. If it's a family of 3 who wants to take yoga classes then I'll be charging 1000 per family per hour. You can also make one group of 10 people for an excellent discount.
I'll be taking 16 to 18 sessions in a month for a better improvement.
