IF you're reading this then it's likely that we shared some things in common:
- struggling to figure out what you want to do with your life
- feel like you're doing a whole lot in the day but not actually arriving to the place you want to be
-feel like you do more than the people around you see similar or worse results

This is exactly how i felt for the better part of my late teens and early 20's. In searching for that meaning i was looking for I fell down the self-improvement (a.k.a Jordan Peterson etc) rabbit holes that you may be familiar of. While this information would lift me up whenever i read books or watched videos about it, eventually i would fall back into the same self-defeating behaviours that got me to look for answers in the first place.
Then.. I dropped out of university as a Mechanical Engineer, and changed my specialty to sport science. Here I learned the importance of setting goals and the power that our beliefs hold over our behaviours and actions. The world has us saying "I'll believe it when i see it", but performance psychology tells us "I must believe it in order to see it!". Think of anything man made in this world... it all began as an idea. Hold the idea in your mind, hold it clearly and tangibly, and eventually the physical will manifest too. This requires time, patience and accountability. I have been on this journey myself too. I am still on it and now I NEED YOU> See, i could try to change myself and create a future of physical health and abundance on my own, but I am just a man. And as a man, I have an abundance of blind spots and insecurities. BUT WHAT IF WE HAD A COMMUNITY THAT ALL TRIED TO DO THIS? What if we all tried to get more athletic, gained more knowledge/skills and subsequently created more avenues of income? We could learn from each others successes and pitfalls and speed up the process exponentially. A cell will adapt its DNA to its own environment. We are made of cells.. NOW WHAT IF OUR ENVIRONMENT WAS ORIENTED TOWARDS SUCCESS AND GROWTH? what would we become... only one way to answer this question
