About Carmencita
After spending years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my true passion and pursue my dream of becoming an educator. As an empty-nest mom, teaching has given me a wonderful opportunity to continue nurturing, guiding, and inspiring young learners.
I have 12 years of teaching experience, including 6 years of online teaching, working with children as young as 3 years old through Grade 8. I teach a variety of subjects, including Reading, Math, Science, Filipino, and Arts.
I believe that every child learns differently, which is why I make my lessons interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate. I incorporate games, worksheets, discussions, and guided practice to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them.
For me, teaching is more than a job—it is a chance to build a child's confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. I strive to create a warm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again.
My goal is simple: to help every learner discover that they are capable of learning, improving, and succeeding.

Our goal is not simply to help students memorize formulas or facts, but to help them understand, practice, and confidently apply what they learn.
With 12 years of teaching experience and 6 years of online teaching, we create lessons where students can learn at their own pace, participate actively, and develop confidence in Math and Science.
