I am a certified yoga fitness trainer by American Council on exercise and I provide training to live a healthy life by doing yoga which helps to boost our immunity, stay fit, change our life style in the modern world.

We start the yoga session with some warm up and conscious breathing, followed by Surya Namaskar, which is good to practice every day for beginners. We will do some energising asanas to strengthen the muscles and improve the flexibility of our body. And we'll wrap it up with relaxation asanas.
