About Vinaya
I am a Lawyer by profession. Myself practicing yoga, and PowerYoga since 2013. Personally I have seen benefits of Yoga.
I have done Yoga Teacher Training from SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana). All my family members including children practice Yoga.

My class covers breathing exercises, stretching, Sookshma vyayama, Surya namaskara, asanas, Pranayama's (various types). Each day the asanas are varied to reap more benefits. The key aspects of learning are to attain more flexibility, strength, and build self confidence. Special instructions will be provided to keep away from digestive issues, back pain, shoulder stiffness. Focus is given to various health advantages by performing asanas, stretches, weight loss.
