About Ling
I am Ling. I come from Taiwan and relocate to Wellington. I started my yoga practice since 2011 and continue practicing with my students since 2022. It’s my pleasure to share my experience to you.
Yoga is for every body. I practice yoga to learn more about my own body. It’s a gentle way to study my own body, dynamically taking care of it little by little. It is also a vivid journey to find own uniqueness and enjoy the juice of finding both physical and mental balance.
