Hi, I’m Subasri, a 3rd-year BNYS student with a strong interest in yoga and holistic wellness. I enjoy helping beginners discover yoga in a simple, comfortable, and easy-to-understand way. My teaching focuses on basic asanas, gentle stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, with guidance provided step by step.
