About Darren
I am a Sports Scientist and Sports performance coach with a BSc in Sports science & Health from Dublin City University and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and have been working with athletes and general clients for over 5 years now. I can help you understand the main principle behind program design, exercise selection and execution.

I am admittedly a relative novice to the teaching world but over my many years of education which still continues, I have encountered more bad teaching methods than good. Therefore, my approach is based on nailing the initial key concepts with repetition which results in an easier understanding of more complex topics down the line.
