About Mathilde

Qualified sports instructor in "Activities For All", sport is for me a passion that I want to transmit and share.

I'm a versatile and dynamic person, but also very educational and attentive...enough to get you moving while adapting to your needs.

About the lesson

I am convinced that we can do sport and have fun at the same time!
We can suffer and sweat with a big smile on our face and that's exactly the dynamic I like in my classes.

I offer cardio and muscular reinforcement classes via webcam (yes, because I'm currently abroad!), with our without small equipment.
