About PRATISHTHA

I'm a 20 year old girl. I've been practicing Yoga for the past fifteen years, which helps me maintain my stability in life. I've been practicing yoga that has been traditionally passed down throughout generations. I'd love to share my knowledge and it's my goal to benifit people through my knowledge by spreading happiness and positivity.
