Teaching mode:- Offline/Online. 1 class/week.
Prerequisites:-
Knowledge:-
1)Musical notes and their existence on fretboard. 2)Concept of Major scale.
3)A few easy tunes on C major scale.
Instrument:- Electric Guitar(recommended). If acoustic, use 0.9 gauge string. Necessary for bending.
Syllabus:-
Revisiting C & G major scale(all 3 octaves with multiple positions & patterns).
Introduction to Minor & Minor Pentatonic scale(Am & Em)
Revisiting sliding, hammer on & Pull off with easy tunes.
Introduction to string bending.
Introduction to guitar licks.
Solo demonstration with standard notation:-
i) Let it be(Beatles)
ii) November Rain 1st solo(GNR)
iii) Knocking on heaven's door 1st solo( GNR)
