About Sharon
I have been a practitioner of yoga for over twenty years and 200 hours trained five years ago, recently completing additional 150 hours training including yin yoga. I focus on doing what you can no matter how far you can go or not go; opening the heart and mind through breathing, moving and meditating and building strength. I teach yoga for fun and relaxation whilst working in engineering as a small business owner l.
