I am a student currently studying towards my alevels, and I found that yoga helped me through my stressful exam seasons, and has enabled me to have a healthy work life balance. I am by no means an intimidating person and I am willing to fall over with you, and learn as I teach.

My lessons are structured around you. Whether you want to build up stamina, core strength, or just relax after a long day. I’m open to teaching groups or one on one sessions depending on your needs. Each session will begin and end with meditation and a warm up/ cool down to make sure that we are ready and grounded in the moment, before discussing your aims for the session and beginning.
