About Kavya

Engineer by qualification,I want to explore life to find answers to my questions.
Being active and into sports, I came to yoga much later in life.
Yoga helped me open up my perspective. Constantly seeking to know the meaning behind life, I reached yoga to find that it is the path to what all seek, Happiness.
I would like to share the path with others as well.

About the lesson

Basic Hatha Yoga Class consists of
1) Breath control to calm the mind and breathe effectively.
2) Yoga asana practice for improved health.
3) Physical, mental and spiritual relaxation.

Students will be introduced to the theory of Yoga philosophy and meditation.
