I love traveling in order to reconnect with nature and recharge.
I am passionate about living life beyond obvious and am motivated by deeper meaning of the energy that we are experiencing in small things in day to day life.

Class will be of 45 mins duration and at the beginner - intermediate level. Class will be tailored to the student needs.
General structure of each class will involve :
Pranayama(breathwork)+ Surya Namaskar(warmup) + Asana(poses) + Savasana(deep relaxation).
Aim of class will lways be to connect with self and establish the mind body connection.
