About Gouri

I am a graduate with a neuroscience and biotechnology background. However, I have distance education qualifications - both Bachelor's and Master's in Yoga for Human Excellence from India. I have passed on my knowledge to my friends and family who do this for daily fitness and relaxation but now I am excited to teach simplified yoga to those of you who are interested.

The type of Yoga I want to teach you all is a non-strenuous, relaxing workout. This is for people of all ages above 18. It would be a 5 minute meditation followed by approximately 30 minutes of simplified physical exercise and/or yogasanas followed by 5 to 10 minutes of relaxation.
