About Shweta
Hello everyone,
My name is Shweta, I am young and enthusiast person. For a very long I have been into fitness and sports training. I have always found myself deeply associated with health and since childhood i have been practicing yoga.
I wish to share my knowledge with other people, because of what yoga is capable to do to mind, body and soul. I love catering the needs of others, especially after they see themselves enjoying the journey.
