About Shuchi
I have a certification from the Ministry of Ayush Yoga,India. I have learnt yoga from TTC, The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.
I believe in "Samatvam Yoga Uchyate" means Equanimity is Yoga. To be steadfast in the performance of duty.
"Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam" means Yoga is Excellence at work. to perform our allocated duty in an excellent manner.
I have also done BHMS, DNHE and FAGE.

Methodology:
Yoga is to bring balance of body, mind and soul. Class starts with Conditioning, Prayer, Kriyas, Stretches, Suryanamaskar then Asanas, relaxation followed by Pranayam (breathing exercises).
Everything is explained with benefits and limitations.
Sessions will be designed as per the personal requirement.
Special classes for kids to teach them balance, increase their strength and concentration with fun.
