My name is Shraddha Jadhav, and I am a yoga learner and practitioner who enjoys sharing what I have learned through personal practice. I believe yoga should be easy, friendly, and stress-free for everyone. I teach with patience and care, focusing on comfort, consistency, and helping students feel relaxed and confident while learning at their own pace.
