As a teacher, I would motivate students by first understanding their strengths and weaknesses instead of judging them. I believe every child learns at a different pace. I would set small, achievable goals so students can experience success and build confidence. I would encourage questions and treat mistakes as a part of learning. By sharing my own academic journey and struggles, I would show students that failure is not the end but a step toward improvement. Most importantly, I would create a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
