About Atira
Hey! My name is Atira Hope, which means "prayer of hope". I've strived to embody my name to spread my love for art as a teacher, mentor, inspiration, and artist for myself. There is always hope! I have been an artist my whole life and started pursuing it as a career in 2020 when I gained the courage and confidence to admit this was my life calling. I'm super excited to be offering more online opportunities to learn from me, for people who want to hone in on their art skills for expression, fun, healing, and self-love. Art has been a huge part of my healing journey, especially through what I teach in my Mandalas For Mindfulness and Sacred Scribbles workshops. I grew up as a preacher's daughter, and my father passed away in July 2023, which has been a difficult thing to process. Art has helped me grieve, grow, and process that experience. And also helped me heal from some toxic relationships in the past. Art has helped me become a happier person in a happier space. With the mindfulness to create the life of my dreams now! I'm excited to help you with your art journey in an adaptable way! Let's talk about how I can help you :)

MANDALAS FOR MINDFULNESS: 2-3 hours one-off workshop or multiple lessons to continue growing your skills as a mandala creator. -Learn how to draw intricate mandalas by hand using geometry tools and your imagination. -Practice your mindfulness skills to gain skills for your life on and off paper. -Improve your patience in life through the wonderful skills taught in this class. -Learn the historical significance, internal and external benefits of drawing mandalas. -The teacher, Atira Hope, has been drawing mandalas for 11+ years! They've changed her life inside and out -Atira has been teaching people of all ages and all artistic levels how to draw mandalas. Mostly between the ages of 18-65, but Atira started drawing them when she was 13, so it is a practice for anybody over 13! SACRED SCRIBBLES: A one-off workshop 1-3 hours, or a continuous workshop to hone in on your skills and enjoyment of the practice. -Intuitive art for healing and expression -Learn how to tap into your intuition to create the art of your dreams. (Literally your dreams) By tapping into your calm subconscious mind, let your body move freely on paper or the canvas. -Gain the confidence and skills in your muscle memory to be able to create art freely without overthinking it. -Heal wounds of perfectionism to create and express whatever, whenever you want.
