About Catriona
I am a second-year medical student with over 1 year experience in tutoring Biology and Chemistry for both GCSE and A-level students. I focus on a very active tutoring style, teaching not just the content, but also exam technique. I have previously helped many students to achieve the grades that they need to progress in their education, and I hope to continue this in the future.

I like to give my students a test when we begin our sessions so that I am able to gauge their level and accurately tailor their lessons. I prefer a more active tutoring style, focusing on practice questions and active recall. I have previously tutored students in both biology and chemistry at GCSE and A-level for about 6 months. My lessons would typically last for 1 hour at a time, although I would sometimes do double lessons for 2 hours. I can do lessons for all levels between school years 7-13, although I specialise in GCSE and A-level content.
