About Kervon
I want to teach because I know how much of a difference the right support can make. Having gone through GCSEs and A-Levels myself—achieving top grades in Maths, Physics, and Geography—I understand both the pressure students face and the importance of clear, patient explanations. When I was studying, I found that sometimes all it took was hearing a topic explained in a slightly different way for it to finally click. Now, I want to be that person for someone else. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas and helping students build confidence in subjects they might find overwhelming. Teaching also helps me keep my own knowledge sharp and improve how I communicate, which is a valuable skill in engineering and life in general. It's genuinely rewarding to see someone go from struggling with a topic to feeling like they’ve mastered it. More than anything, I want to help students realise they’re capable of more than they think—sometimes they just need the right guidance to get there.
