About Rahul

My name is Rahul Das or you can call me Piku. I am into fitness from my childhood, used to learn Shotokan martial art. When I was 15, I started working out at the gym. Nearly I have 14 years of experience. Currently, I am pursuing ADVANCE PERSONAL TRAINER PRO from K11. Apart from this, I completed my graduation and post graduation also.

About the lesson

I provide online classes as well as face-to-face classes too. I provide 3-4 classes per week as per the requirement. I believe in quality training. I do give my total dedication to my clients to achieve their goals. I try not to let down my clients.
