About Mercedes
Hello! I am a scientific-literary translator in English-Spanish, graduated from Universidad del Salvador.
I have been teaching for 5 years. I enjoy seeing how my students improve, stay motivated and loosen up with the language. The most important thing is that the student feels comfortable and is not discouraged by the obstacles that may appear. I give support classes to children and also to adults who want to start from scratch or go back to what they learned in the past.

My classes are dynamic and prepared for the needs of each student. The method is adapted to each one of them. We start from the basics, such as phonetics, and progress at the pace of the student. We will practice exercises of all kinds. Songs and videos will be used in the classes to improve and adapt listening skills and we will read a wide variety of texts for reading comprehension. Another part of the class will be conversation so that students overcome their fear of expressing themselves orally in another language and can talk about the topics they like the most with ease. I also offer Spanish travel classes with the purpose of being able to face the situations that arise during your stay abroad.
