About Aishwarya
I’m a certified RYT yoga trainer who discovered yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of living with greater calm and awareness. My journey has taught me the value of patience, consistency, and self-compassion, which I bring into every class I teach. I create a safe, respectful, and encouraging space where students feel seen, supported, and confident to grow—both on and off the mat.
