About Ash
I am a fully certified 500 yoga teacher with experience teaching complete beginners through to more confident practitioners. My intention is to make yoga accessible and supportive for all levels, ensuring that each person leaves class feeling a little better than when they arrived, whether that means breathing more deeply, having a calmer and clearer mind, or moving with greater comfort and freedom.

Sessions may include Vinyasa flow, strength and mobility work, pranayama, and mindfulness, adapted for beginners through to experienced practitioners. Emphasis is placed on alignment, confidence, and sustainable practice.
