About Pratish

Namaste! I'm Pratish, an RYT-500 Certified Yoga Teacher with 13+ years of teaching experience, having guided 800+ students worldwide towards better physical and mental well-being.

I believe that every person is unique, which is why every yoga programme is personalised to your goals, current abilities and lifestyle rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

My focus is to help you reduce pain, improve posture, build strength, increase flexibility, move with greater ease, manage stress, and enjoy long-term physical and mental well-being.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, every session progresses at a pace that's comfortable, safe and effective for you.

Every new student begins with two complimentary introductory sessions, giving us an opportunity to understand your goals, current abilities and expectations before creating a personalised yoga programme that supports your journey.

I offer One-to-One Private, Couple and Small Group Yoga Classes online worldwide.

60-Minute Class Structure

(10 min)
Gentle warm-up, joint mobility exercises and yogic breathing to prepare the body and mind.

(15 min)
Surya Namaskar and carefully selected yoga postures based on your current abilities and goals.

(10 min)
Breath-body coordination to improve movement awareness and control.

(15 min)
Pranayama to support healthy breathing, relaxation and nervous system balance.

(10 min)
Deep relaxation through Meditation, Yoga Nidra or Shavasana.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Yoga is not just an exercise, it is a holistic lifestyle that helps reduce stress, boost energy, and bring balance to everyday life.
    After starting practicing yoga many years back to come out of depression,when I was totally cured, I was amazed by incredible health benefits of yoga and I started taking interest in knowing more about yoga.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    I Experienced the healing and life-changing effects of yoga personally by practicing yoga many years ago and I was fascinated by total transformation in my life at mental, physical and spiritual level. So I decided to teach this wonderful practice to people so that they can have same health benefits which I gained by learning.
  • How does your work help society?

    Through yoga, I help people reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and overcome common health issues like poor sleep, fatigue, and back pain.
    My classes also focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques, which bring mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. In short, I guide people to feel healthier, calmer, and more connected to themselves in daily life.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    If I had to choose a role model for my work as a yoga teacher, it would be Maharshi Patanjali. He organised the wisdom of yoga into the Yoga Sutras, creating a clear path for physical health, mental balance, self-discipline, and inner growth.

    What inspires me most is that his teachings are practical and timeless. They show that yoga is not only about physical postures, but also about breath awareness, mindfulness, emotional balance, and living with greater clarity and peace.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of yoga, I enjoy reading books on self-growth and spirituality, listening to soothing music, and singing. I also love traveling to peaceful, remote places to connect with the beauty and serenity of nature. Spending time with my childhood friends brings me joy and helps me stay grounded.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of my students came to me struggling with severe stress and insomnia due to work pressure. Within a few weeks of regular online yoga practice, combined with simple breathing and relaxation techniques, she started sleeping peacefully and felt more energetic during the day. Hearing her say, ‘Yoga has given me my life back,’ was one of the most rewarding moments of my teaching journey. Experiences like these inspire me every day to continue guiding others through yoga.
