About Nisha
I am an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with over 3 years of dedicated personal practice and more than a year of teaching experience. My approach to yoga goes beyond physical postures—I believe yoga is a way of living with greater awareness, balance, and mindfulness.
For me, yoga does not end when we step off the mat. The real practice begins when we carry that awareness into our thoughts, choices, relationships, and responses to everyday situations.

In my classes, I combine strength and flexibility practices to help students build a stronger, more mobile, and capable body. Alongside physical practice, I bring yogic concepts into everyday life, helping students develop awareness, emotional steadiness, and a calmer approach to life’s challenges.
