About Sunil
I am an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher and movement enthusiast training people for fitness, strength, flexibility, weight loss, mobility and therapy from the past 3 years. I have experience of working with high-performance Cross Training athletes to elderly people from Non-Government Organisations. I have been helping people commit to long term fitness regimes.
