About the lesson

My teaching method is based on mindfulness and meditation. Using a combination of Prananayma breathwork and guided meditation. We go through four easy to learn meditation techniques including Zen meditation, Breathwork exercise meditation , Heart Activation meditation and Body Scan meditation
