I am an internationally certified Yoga teacher, and have been practicing Yoga and healthy living since almost a decade. I am keen to share my knowledge of Yoga with my students, to help them make Yoga an integral part of their lifestyles. I bring with me immense knowledge gained from several training programs of high repute in both yoga and meditation practices.

Hi, my classes are based on Hatha Yoga practice and generally include both meditation and asana practices. I work on alignment corrections, correct postures and holistic body fitness through Yoga in my classes. The classes comprise of limited number of students (not more than 5) to ensure adequate attention is given to each individual. The classes are available for all age-groups.
