About Duneida
Rhythmic Gymnastics as a high performance sport, I practiced it for 12 years, it has instilled in me discipline, responsibility and competitiveness not only in sports, but in my personal and academic life, for that reason I want to share that feeling with you.

We will start with a warm-up accompanied with music, we will work flexibility of the legs and back in different ways in pairs and with garters, that will help your posture a lot and you will have greater mobility. We will manipulate different implements such as rope, hoop, ball, tape and clubs, which will help your coordination.
